Eating Burritos counts the calories
Wow, I found this great calorie counter for Burritos....

I guess the thing to do when ordering a burrito is to forget the chips and tortilla. I suppose that if you just get the insides, maybe some extra chicken... you'll be good as gold with your diet.
Good luck folks!!

Point of origin
Ok....
Starting this blog along with my journey from out of shape, to back into shape. Ahh my 20's were full of extreme skiinig, windsurfing, mountain biking, and daily exercise of some sort.
Now, i'm the typical couch potato with maybe 1-2 hours of exercise a week. Time to ramp it up, and as you'll see in my other blogs... I'm headed to Banff this season for some great skiing.
Yep, I'm just over 242 lbs, and should be around 195-200 for an ideal weight. Stay tuned on my workout regiment...
Tonight is one more glass of red wine, before shutting down the computer. I still have a few things to finish on this blog start up including my domain registration, setting up the dns, adding those good old Ad Sense placements, linking to my other blogs, etc.
Unfortunately I won't have much time for a workout tomorrow, but I'll strive for 5-10 min with the 25lbs hand weights. 10 reps of curls, 10 reps of over the head press, and then... another 2 sets. I'll report my progress tomorrow night. Maybe I should weigh myself tomorrow morning.
I like to weigh myself in the morning, as it always comes in at a lower weight.
My Goal: Drop 30 lbs by Jan 1 - Kind of a New Year's resolution before the actual date.
